That would help if they could increase tying up those insurers. Two things I am wondering about:

1). Are these agreements for a certain time limit (calendar year?) and need to be renewed?

2). If Amarin locks up almost all the scripts is there a danger or avenue for the Generics to take this to court for some uncompetitive behavior BS? They were claiming at one point Amarin was starving them out of access to API.
