I draw a negative picture because of two old guys especially Dan Allen who brought this company in trouble give oneslef 2.5M shares shares (as option at 21 Cents) which equates to 30% of the OS. Further no rules for BOD compensation and why not asking shareholders? If DeVoe gets some Options or Shares, why not he brought the company out of trouble that Dan Allen caused. Dan Allen should go he is not good for the company. That is a typical scam action. They could give onself 15M shares and if there are no AS free the could change them to preffered shares where are 100M available. This really suck, no trust in Dan Allen.
