Not sure how or why you are drawing such negative conclusions over an incentive plan like this ?? What is best for the company is best for the ones receiving the incentive. Would it be better for them if the price went up or better if it goes down ? Pretty simple. You haven’t seen any dilution or selling of stock by any company official and most likely won’t until the PPS is very far North of this oversold price. Much better if they hold shares imho . BLPG
