Can you quantify that?

Given the make-up of the Supreme Court, better than 50/50. The similar J&J talc lawsuit may get on the Supreme Court's docket first as the 3rd Circuit heard that case last month. If the appellate court upholds the lower court finding it will be more critical for the Supreme Court to take that case as all litigation is halted there.
