One of the things we've learned about conservative Supreme Court justices and judges appointed by Trump is that while they almost never support legal nonsense, (Cannon has been the exception), they're corporate friendly.

3M may have to set aside more than the current $1B but I like their chances to settle this case given the make-up of this court and the Supreme Court.
