My response to that:

1. They've got the #1 Tech on Lithium Solid State Batteries........
- True.... this is emerging tech.

2. Also they just patented their Graphite Air Qualifier...which will be used by every
Graphite miner in the world.....
- This is where the most bang for the buck is currently at right now!

3. Was founded by the top researcher on Li Batt Tech (Chen, PhD)
-Yea, they're pretty stacked on PhD heavy staff...

4. Company is run by PhD's

5. ZERO Conv Debt (We double checked)
- Another HUGE plus!
