That should read “ALJ Hall of Shame”.
Her ruling was in direct conflict with both SEC regulation and case precedent. She verified that the OIP was proven and that DBMM was GUILTY of breaking the filing statutes. Then decided to overlook it. It was a HORRIBLE decision that was totally wrong.
Her decision is VERY likely to either be overturned or modified by the Board, when they rule on the PFR.
