News of results have yet to be published and then broadly released and in fact it did climb to $2.51 just on manufacturing and data lock news. Now is a typical chasm period when markets wait for the results and then for approval. Professional investors don’t like to tie up their capital. This gives smaller investors a crack at large potential returns for these kinds of companies. This is not really atypical of companies at this stage.

The notion that Optune, which is inferior as a general treatment concept, is better just because it happened a few years ago and because it was an external device thus had an easier time being approved and could simply project data like survival is ludicrous.
