Naive OS data is confounded and results may not be real. The rGBM data is from post hoc, data dredged analysis that is good for exploratory follow up, but not for application for approval. FDA will have all the data and all the confounding issues and will certainly know all the protocol, comparator, endpoint and SAP changes done after the trial was complete.
