I believe everything has been done on a rolling review basis and that the last piece is manufacturing which can quickly close the loop on a BLA/MAA when tendered especially if an announcement of any final inspection is kept on the down low due to exceptions or can be tied in timing of other events.
As to speculation about which journal, the one over which NWBO and Dr. Linda Liau would have the most influence is the one that SNO puts out. If control and timing is important then we know where they will turn and that would elevate that journal to new heights as far as impact is concerned. Best wishes.
