One thing to note is the distribution statement at the header of their PR's:

Not sure why this is there or if it's a requirement by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) which is like the SEC for Canada.
But, I am pretty sure this may be one of the reasons the US market missed their acquisition of Solid UltraBattery, Inc.
Volt Carbon's share price is still trading in the same range as when the acquisition was approved in 2021.
But, as Volt Carbon is now making batteries and word is finally getting out it can't stay down at these levels very much longer.
