Really? Since when does the bloated do nothing bureaucracy care how other people's money is spent? So the MHRA will choose to throw out new emerging treatments, and stick to chemorad for the next decade or so. I agree. All Gov't tied to the Central Banks are almost insolvent. Debts are viewed as meeting cash reserve deposits, which is pure delusion. They can start by cutting bogus climate or war programs, and theft through contrived energy inflation. I'm not convinced it's going to be at the expense of turning away DCVAX on the cusp of flashworks coming on line.
