By any standard, NWBO is certainly not special:
Took 16 years to execute a Phase 3 trial, 19 months to analyze and report topline data, Dropped out of NASDAQ before they were kicked out, SEC violations, shareholder class action suits, board enriching themselves with $41 million for nothing, can only get financing from vulture funds, CEO controls leading vendor, shareholders stuck with the debt for building her facility with $45 million due in the next 15 months. etc., etc.

Not much special in that mix.
