You should definitely manage your risk with this investment. Anyone who tells you this is 100%, then they are smoking crack. The UK may seem like a slam dunk but NICE is notorious for rejecting based on the cost/benefit of the drug. A rejection by UK would be the death knell given their precarious financial situation. I am also not a fan of their communication methods. If you are going to PR the PIP approval, then you definitely should PR the MAA submission and subsequent acceptance. I can't remember any company PR'ing a PIP approval, but I normally see PR on both MAA submission and acceptance. The fact that you are even thinking if NWBO will PR the MAA submission and acceptance indicates how bad their communication actually is. That being said, I think it is worth the risk if you have a higher risk tolerance.
