Regarding BOD approval.... look at her BOD -- think she would have ANY trouble getting them to sign off on a R/S when she wants one?

There will always be a market for shares in a zombie biotech like BIEL as long as they keep baking those sky pies. Look at all that pastry! RecoveryRx, Veterinary use, extra strength ActiPatch, migraines, ghost pain, Allay, more OEM Partners, more Distributors, etc etc etc....

Ahhhh yes, the sticky subject of A/S increases... if the Whelans had any experience in running a zombie biotech, they would have known that a couple reverse splits would have been preferable to letting the A/S bloat to 25 billion.

And tell me about this "public notice required for A/S increase." BIEL's past A/S increases were "public notice" after the fact, in the financial filings.
