I doubt she had anything to do with the engagement. or even the post on Instagram that caused the violation.. She has people for that, and they need to make as much money as possible to justify their employment.

I doubt she even was ever involved at all. Everything was done in her name without her direct involvement, assuming she had any involvement at all. I would not be surprised if Kim had never even heard of the token or her purported endorsement until contacted by the regulators. Very few "celebrities" control their own social media accounts these days, especially Instagram, due to the vast sums of money to be made there. That is why the "professional influencers" hire actual professionals to do the jobs for them.
