Lamberth's trial can only result in money damages (in an amount to be determined by the jury) being paid from Fannie and Freddie to Fannie junior pref holders, Freddie common holders, and Freddie junior pref holders. That's all, nothing else.
Lamberth's case also has nothing to do with the warrants. I don't know why you bring them up here.
