I tend to agree that with the court wins the jps will get 75% to RV. I do not think the jps will go above that based on Royce's ruling on the damages. This is all jmho.
If the jps wins, so do the commons. Your worst case of 10 for a dollar is a bit extreme just like the 16 bones restitution a goober predicted and da goober gave it a 16x multiple on top of that.....
