$TORVF - I couldn't find anything in Volt's filings that protect them from a buyout or hostile takeover, as most companies have a "poison pill" they can deploy to keep others away.


I'm cool if QuantumScape, Tesla, Panasonic, Ford, etc. come knocking and cause a ruckus and make the share price go ape shit crazy.


Even Ferrari ($RACE) is getting into the EV game and looking for tech and IP.


Sometimes companies eliminate competition with an acquisition or buyout to grab intellectual property (patents), which in the case of Volt Carbon would be everything associated with their Solid UltraBattery division.


Volt Carbon has so much value anyway you look at it.
