This was a great interview. As info the last thing Lebby talks about is the Shannon law and Lightwave pushed that problem off into the future. It has to do with the peaks and valleys of the 1's and 0's. Lightwave is so fast it can do single lane 100 gig NRZ, then 200gig at PAM 4, some of the other slower materials are using a much more complex method of encoding data.
