This just in, for every buyer there is a seller, by definition. "Volume" is not "telling a story". "Shares are scarce" is baseless rhetoric.

Seeing these spins spun in a stock down 96.5% tells me one thing. We have more new lows ahead. I will mention this "scarce shares" and "very few selling shares" at the next 21 month new low or closing low!
