Honest answer… things take time especially things that disrupt the “status quo” for moving data. Responsible leaders want to make sure everything is iron clad and as close to absolutely perfect as humanly possible (sometimes “good enough” isn’t) before they announce everything.

Lebby believes that point will be reached with 2 foundries within the 2H of this year - which is why he said so in May at the ASM. Yes there were expectations that we would be at that point before the ASM but we (the retail investors) never anticipated that Lightwave Logic was working to get everything set in stone with so many foundries at once and so soon. We anticipated 1 and hoped for 2 in total… not 5 with 2 coming close behind those first ones.
