Miguel Andujar was designated for assignment to open a roster spot for Zack Britton's return from Tommy John surgery.

Doesn't matter that Britton hasn’t pitched in the majors since having TJ surgery last year and is also a free agent after the season ends.

Another instance where Brian Cashman failed to trade Andujar when he had some value.
