CANNABIS SUISSE lists, at OTC MARKETS, an address in Jacksonville, FL on NEWNAN Street, and an attorney in Jupiter, Florida, another attorney in California, etc. It’s also important to note that Cannabis Suisse is registered as a NEVADA CORPORATION with a recent change in control, whereby John T. Carlin was named as the new President of the publicly traded shell corp CSUI. It is now apparent that the Nevada Corporation has a President who holds an Arkansas Phone number, not a Nevada phone number any longer.

What is important here, is that John T. Carlin, and his phone number, is associated with both CANNABIS SUISSE (CSUI), THE PUBLIC COMPANY and VISION DIGITAL HOLDINGS/ BITCOIN ALLEY, THE PRIVATE COMPANY. That phone number is used to reach the new President of $CSUI, according to SEC filings, as well as to reach Vision Digital HOLDINGS, also know as Bitcoin Alley.
