It was presented at a science event likely to facilitate faster negotiations on their side than waiting for publication. That shorts took advantage is just a reality for flat and slightly up YTD, and sometimes slightly down, YTD. The rest of the market is in the crapper YTD. These tiny biotech companies, are just that way and people love to tell these stories about all of them.
