I can't help what the Catholics do either. I don't agree with it either. I don't agree with a lot of Christian churches either. I don't agree with a lot of Muslim followers either.
I believe there are good people in all faiths , or at least good people with good intent, no matter whether I agree with that religious ideology or not, but I also believe that there are bad eggs in every basket.
I'm not pinpointing or blaming anyone, because nobody is perfect. A lot of people go to church or just start to church, that have never been to church in their entire lives. A lot of them come and go. Some last a couple of weeks, some a couple of years, some 20 years, and then quit. Some last a life time.
The point of church is to grow. You can't judge the entire flock of any religion by the actions of a few although I don't agree with the ideology that some major" religons' teach at all or the things they do in the Church or allow to go on in the church..
The bible tells you that can't happen. you can't mix good with evil, you can't gamble in the church you can't conduct all sorts of business and do all sorts of things that are not right according to scripture.
Fools do it all the time. Some because they don't know any better because they've been taught by fools. some do it just because they're human beings and don't have good sense.
I would NEVER go into a Church, a Mosque, a Synagogue or any temple or else that's considered to be sacred to ANY people and do things that I know that contradict what their religion teachers nor would I try to do them physcial harm.
I will tell them what the bible says. I will tell them what they're doing is wrong. Churches that don't teach the bible, are not churches. Call them what you want but if they're teaching things that are not biblically correct, then it pointless to bother. that's the way I see it.
There are churches ( not just Christian) that have all sorts of varying opinions about their own religions. They like to interpret the bible to meet their own particular "Denominations' script. It's wrong in my opinion.
There are churches - sects that pick out certain scriptures and they make their entire ministry and belief system , teach entire flocks of people one biblical ideology based on a certain belief or one group of scriptures. It's wrong..
The bible says take from here a little, there a little.. Rightly divide the word..
That's why I've never gone to a Denominational church. I've always gone to a non-demonimnation church regularly ( except for visits).. Because there are no "denominations".. There's only one church. It's the Christian church. The rest is man made ideology. It's the same with Islam and other religions. Why go TO CHURCH if you're not going to AT LEAST try to live by what the bible teaches?
I don't believe in church labels that are meant to teach indoctrination of certain beliefs. I believe in Church that teaches the entire bible. The rest is null and void in my opinion. Believe the bible and what it says, what God instructs you to do, or don't go. Nobody is perfect. Everyone is going to make mistakes. But at least try if you're going to go.
