Startup? Wrong. Both companies now combined lost money and have for years. This is no longer a startup. Its companies for years failing to make a profit. Now losses got much worse even with more revenues. More dilution and market does not think they can make money. That is why price going lower. The rate they are losing millions. Cash will run out again.
