Waaay smarter! And some are moving to South Florida, currently driving up real estate prices all over the place… for a random example…. copy n paste; “A waterfront estate in Miami’s Coconut Grove area has sold for $106.875 million, setting a record for Miami-Dade County and becoming the first Miami home to cross the nine-figure price threshold, according to the listing agent, Ashley Cusack of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty.”
Ok. Just an example. It’s also, what a coincidence, a great example of supply v demand! Or, what DEMAND can do to drive UP prices.
Ok. Ima gonna take a walk. Best to the patients. And, patient longs. Fingers crossed. No worries, hygro. My mind wanders. Wonders. But, hope you don’t have to compete with all those new Coconut Grove area home buyers! A few hundred moving down there, at least.. maybe I’ll get my real estate license!! Sellers are tacking on, and getting, extra 7 figures to their, smaller, properties. Demand moves prices up.
