IVDN was held in limbo for years while the FTC law suit dragged on but now all that has changed and everything is going the company's way. All the judges in the federal case and appeal panels voted 100% in favor of IVDN and the case is now closed out with no options left for any more appeals.

On top of that we just saw in yesterday's news that IVDN was successful in winning a cash award of $260,000 to cover their court costs since they won the case and the money is now being paid. This cash infusion, plus the rising revenues from already increasing Insultex House Wrap sales, should allow the company to ramp-up its production capability, support more distributors and do some much needed advertising to let the home building industry know what they have been missing out on - the highest performing, energy saving insulation product on the market.
