Do you really know why???? The FTC court case???. I don't think so.

The reason this company is going nowhere is the 70+ year old CEO. He doesn't know how to grow a company. Does he have the personal energy needed at his age? He has proven for the last 17 years that he doesn't know what he is doing.

Why no advertising? Because he won't sign the check. Why no internal sales force? Because he won't pay competitive commissions.

His business plan of getting distributors to do the selling has been a failure. These distributors have lots of other products to sell and don't need Insultex. In fact, IVDN is not the patent owner, is not the manufacturer, but is just another distributor (with world wide rights) that can't sell.

There are investors out there waiting. It is a great product. They love the product. Where is that money? It is waiting on the sidelines.They have no confidence in management (is there anyone besides Joe) dislike the CEO and won't invest in him.

The company won't grow until Joe is gone from making day to day decisions. Please retire Joe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
