pqr: Excellent response.

There are several on this MB that truly understand DOE (design of [statistical] experiments) and ultimately trial design and proper interpretation of results. Unfortunately, many other posters do not.

Hopefully the information in the link you provided will help educate those at a conceptual level of how to interpret "statistical significance" so good dialog can be had relating to the DCVax-L PIII trial results.
