Horse, I agree. The need for this journal article does make it look like a condition precedent for some type of financial agreement. Is it something that a partner would like in order to show their investment analysts, or does LP have such a big ask in the proxy that she feels the JA would make for a good justification?

The problem with the delay is it places the company in suspended animation, while shareholders continue to be diluted. LP should try to find a work around.
