Well CB ... I supported and defended this Company to no end and the straw that broke the Camel's back was me messing around and actually researching other companies that do these grow pods nationally ... then in Florida. Randomly came across the Cannabis farms for sale and MJ licenses website and right after I thought man ... what if the farm is for sale ... there it was. The confirmation of that followed by the PR with more sleight of hand dog and pony show currently negotiating, probationary, just more wordplay to give some semblance of hope. The fact nothing was communicated to shareholders and add in operations completely stopped while they are burning 250k a quarter. All trust and confidence lost. It took me awhile to gather my thoughts before making a post.

Then add in as I perused the Fluent lawsuit on Miami Dade county site I came across the Miracle Leaf lawsuit against MF and others that was settled quickly by Quintana but there nonetheless. I will not get into all that but it definitely shows a pattern of behavior as the alleged claim was usurping control of the Miracle Leaf brand, promises of injecting 500k when in reality they never invested a dime and money all come from other people, was soliciting for funds to start this venture Can It Industries while there ... this was all under Grow Green and some other entity. That did it.

Looked past so many red flags. Don't even get me into the farm contracts people invested in I did not completely know about ... there are a couple suits on that currently claiming investing anywhere from 15k to 100k and were promised a 50% ROI wothin 9 months ... that reeks of too good to be true and they received nothing. Where did it all go? You will notice on a PR they issued a bunch of shares to clear 350k of debt noted as farm contracts.

Those subsidiaries were what we thought was going to be part of the business ... nothing was ever done that I know of and yep ... the paid off those acquisitions and received shares while on CE for conpanies that are worth nothing and never brought in any revenue. All that is left is the 10M debt note on CIGN that produces no revenue and apparently does not even own the land or farm. It just keeps going. No one even knew about the Fluent deal until it was mentioned in a PR and looked up. Raw deal all around.

I could go on but at best MF is an ineffective or incompetent leader ... at worst a 2 bit con man. This is a tough pill to swallow and I feel awful for all the good people who invested into this and hope all has some chance of recouping here. Tough to see any light at the end of the tunnel.
