In my opinion, no one made any offers.
Also if there are significant tender offers they can not be kept hidden from the owners. We still have to abide by the SEC rules and regs even though we are over the counter.

We are all a bit edgy, Coming up on 2 years since data lock and all this quiet period, etc. Many grow impatient, I guess I am one. It could be a long time before we get FDA approval.

Again IMHO:
Getting approval in the UK does not guarantee we will be profitable. Just saying.
