Nwbo owns the potential double combo ip. A patent has not been granted yet, but one of the two applications should get there soon. My guess is that anything added to any double patent combo (for example csf1r inhibitor**), would also be protected for the term of any prior double combo patent.

**That is the holy (trinity) grail combo, and the next spore trial.
