Did your get the contract code at Coinbase by hitting receive and the contract code? Also try it first with a very small amount to make sure it works. I have never tried changing it to US dollars. You may have to send it to your bank. Yes all these exchanges and wallets are a pain in the ass. Where do you want the money to end up and what do you want to do with it?
