And to say that something will be distributed accordingly you have to refer to some metric to make that statement. The dividend shares will like be paid to restricted shareholders and anyone can check the TVPC financials to see how many restricted shareholders there are. The one year timeline set by the company came and went without a dividend paid, a straight up lie by the company.
