Definitely a real company. I drove by the Chino, CA location this week. That location has a fleet of work trucks (about a dozen or so) in its parking lot and the building signage looks brand new. It was at night and they left the office lights on so you could see the lobby with a huge 70” tv hanging on the wall. This company definitely has operations.

Also in order to make the Inc 5000 list they had to submit audited financials to Inc magazine that were certified by a cpa or equivalent professional. If you look at the application materials on Inc’s site it explains the selection and application process.
