You guys are missing the easy part of the big picture. It may very well be better than the SOC...but the small 1/3 arm may cause the FDA to say...if you can confirm that with 500 participants in just 1 arm (1500 person trial) arm...we can approve it. And that is very likely.

We don't even know if the 200 extra participants were distributed evenly among the 3 arms. A 100 to 169ish arm needs to have stellar results to gain approval.
