Past PRs have not done much for a few reasons. Mostly because they never receive any follow up or only to find out months to years later they failed to execute the initiative. Many things, in the end, have turned out to be a bunch of crap and a ploy to make it sound like they are working hard. There has been lots of lip service that has never come to fruition. Maybe if this changed we could see PRs having a positive effect on the pps. Management is like a dog chasing its own tail and tripping on its own feet.

Seriously? There should be updates that can be delivered by now. Check the daily volume and pps. That is why! Nobody knows what is going on with this disorganized, under skilled, fill in leadership, public traded company.
Fins are only going to matter to about 6 people. The rest of the world does not even know we exist. That is why communication is important.
