In many different posts I have urged shareholders to do their own due diligence in a responsible way.
The SEC Financial Disclosure instruction and preference is shareholders are to get information at the same time, the same way in a public forum. Most blue chip companies information through filings and their Shareholder Updates. Too much misinterpretation and misinformation otherwise.
It is frankly silly to be conjuring inappropriate questions and harassing regulators individually.
The filings are current, and as stated the 211 application is in process after a significant broker/market maker did their due diligence. That is how it is done.
Be patient. The CE is coming down and the daily nonsense is to be ignored.
CE down, pps up, up, up.
