Agreed JAB. I believe the September FERC Sunshine meeting is the 22nd. Delfin surely should be on the calendar for that date, assuming they must meet to re-approve.
We know the re-approval will happen, and Delfin is well aware of that as well. It's a shame that these lobbyist's can just freely dispute and spew nonsense, knowing damn well they have no just cause!!!
