The Market will care about that the market cares about.

If one of these patents is something that a big pharma can use then $$$. No one cares what Koos did 20 years ago, we care about what he's doing now. Big Pharmas don't care what Koos did in 1998. They care about what he's got now. If they can make money off it, they will buy Regen out without even a second thought.
