LOL,

The warnings in the footnotes are a hoot:

"Warrior Trading may publish testimonials or descriptions of past performance but these results are NOT typical, are not indicative of future results or performance, and are not intended to be a representation, warranty or guarantee that similar results will be obtained by you.

Ross Cameron’s experience with trading is not typical, nor is the experience of traders featured in testimonials. They are experienced traders. Becoming an experienced trader takes hard work, dedication and a significant amount of time.

Your results may differ materially from those expressed or utilized by Warrior Trading due to a number of factors. We do not track the typical results of our past or current customers. As a provider of educational courses, we do not have access to the personal trading accounts or brokerage statements of our customers. As a result, we have no reason to believe our customers perform better or worse than traders as a whole."

Bingo !!

And the beautiful part of these con n scams - is the idiot running it, they "think" that after 50 pages of "SEE, SEE my yacht where I trade one hour a day and now my friend Pedro, who was a ditch digger has a similar yacht now after buying our $3,900 buck "program", CLICK to find out more" blah blah blah.....they "think" the so called "disclosure" is a get out of con jail free card !

They "THINK" that after 50 pages of pure bait, hooks and fraud- they can add that ONE "disclosure" at the end and supposedly are "free and clear of any legal liability" LMAO !!!

I have a very good friend - a top, top trial lawyer in the country.

I asked him several times, "What about them disclosure statements" (regarding a con product, a medical product scam or treatment, a cosmetic scam, an auto scam or whatever - you name it) and he said:

"Disclosures when fraud is committed ? Just print um out and use um to light the fireplace as that's all they're going to be worth" LOL !!

To a good trial lawyer - they just plaster up the "disclosures" to seal the case even more - to cement the fact it was all a fraud, just as you pointed out above they are "comedy" when contrasted to the massive lie that is the entire rest of the 50 pages of fraudulent "claims" and "testimonials" on said website for WARRIOR TRADERS and all the rest of these mega bucks scams !!

Posts contain only my amateur opinions, personal views and thoughts. I discuss stocks as a hobby only. Always do one's own due diligence before investing.
