He may CYA by saying he means the SIM injection tool, but one hopes he means much more.

Earlier in the writeup it quotes Chung as saying, "Our company is a materials technology company that designs, develops and sells bulk amorphous alloy products and custom parts to customers in a wide range of industries including consumer electronics, medical devices and automotive parts."
