LOL! This may come as a revelation, but a hurting consumer doesn't give a damn! If the product is for sale on Amazon or like sites, it is assumed the product is legal. Wanna know why? Because Amazon would not risk being shut down for distributing an illegal commodity via interstate commerce!

BTW, the people in the already legal MJ states are free to buy anything at their local MJ store. California is one of these states. Where is TAUG's local distribution in states such as California? Oh, that's right! TAUG only has a couple of ineffective distributors in the Northeast and that's it!
