I was confused about that statement too so I
phoned Donald Keer to ask about the contradiction.


And although he could not discuss anything
because of a NDA he did say that the Attorney
Letter - dated July 11 - was based on information
up til the end of March 31, 2022 and that he had not
yet reviewed the “ Supplemental Disclosure for
Change of Control Events “.



Keep in mind that the Attorney Letter - dated July 11 -
was for amended Annual and Quarterly Reports -
and for which there had already been Attorney
Letters filed.
