Counsel has personally corresponded with and discussed the above documentation with Ms. Caren Currier (CEO) the management of the Issuer, and who represents the majority of the Board of Directors.

Counsel has corresponded with Ms Caren Currier, (CEO and holder of 100% of the Preferred Series A Shares which represent 60% of the voting rights).
