Brian Lane has a lot to suggest he is an expert far, far above the yeehaws who post on social media attacking NWBO. You don’t get a lawyer prospectively representing a company this small if anything remotely like what some suggest with regard to “fraud” were hiding in the background. He’s not their defense lawyer, he is their lawyer protecting them by advising them and no one in that circumstance, at that level of the industry, wants to be advising a penny stock fraud before it is exposed.
