Everybody was blinded UNTIL they unblinded the trial. From clinicaltrials.gov: "Masking: Quadruple (Participant, Care Provider, Investigator, Outcomes Assessor)"
The clinicians do not know what treatmen those that progressed had. There is NOBODY that knows the who got what treatment prior to unblinding as all the containers are blinded too. Pharmacist distributes blinded treatments and has no say on who gets what dose. They are randomized.
I worked in biopharma world for over 20 years including on the team that developed and launched the most successful drug in history (at that time).
